Also Trevor went Elk hunting again this year. But this year we went way early. He got a special permit tag to go up above Smith and Morehouse. So he went hunting with Glenn. While I went camping with my mom and dad, and went fishing. It was way fun. Really great weather. But I didn't get any pictures of his Elk. It was a big Spike. Almost 500 lbs. But when he gets the head back I will post them. But I think that is about all for now. Sorry I takes me so long to get things posted. Anyways so long till next time.

Meadows reunion

I just love the picture of Aspen. She is the biggest dork ever. You can see the storm starting to come in. You can't have a family reunion with out the rain.

K so I know I know its been a really long time!!!!!!!!!

So yes I know It has been forever. But its been kinda busy lately. With new job stuff and all. Yes I have a job finally. I do home health 1-2 days a week. Plus I do agency about 1-2 days. Which keeps my hospital skills up to date. Everyone is good here in Riverton. So I have alot of updates, the reunion, my frined and I went to Kenny Chensney. I know everyone else already posted theirs. But I am slow. But not a whole lot of updates and changes.
This guy was sitting in front of us at the concert. he was hilarious. It was so hot. So is Kenny. Being outdoors and all. I have not been to a concert in forever. I was really bummed that Sugarland was not there.

So we also decided to private. Sorry guys for the inconvience!!

There are some real hillbillies out there. Some guy brought a suburban there. It actually did ok though. This was nothing like moab though that was for sure. The Yota had a girl driving. Jordan thought she was HOT!!

JEEPS !!!

So we went to the Jeep Rock Crawlers out at Miller Sports park on saturday. Here are some cool pics. I was really bummed there was no mud!! But, it was still cool to see all the spiffed up Jeeps. Some people have way to much money. Then go and crush it and have to start all over again. Sounds to expensive if you ask me. So enjoy these too.

Dad's Video's

So I finally got one of Dad's video's uploaded. But you have to go to my facebook page to see it. It is the shorter of the two. The longer one may not work. But, for those of you not familiar with facebook. (We won't mention any names. But, she goes by mom.) Where oh Where are the Thompson's?

So I know I go few and far between my posts. But it has been kinda crazy. I am sure you know from Jen's blog that we had my Dad's BIG 60th birthday party on the 2nd. We had a good turn out. Lots of family and friends. Ang from California showed up with all the boys except for Matt. But I wanted to post this video that we had made from some of our old photos. It brings back lots of memories. Also I have been off from work for the last 6 weeks. My Doctor had suggested that my tonsils REALLY needed to come out. I had been missing lots of work and such. Of course it was not planned, we did have better plans. We were wanting to go down to Moab and Monticello for the weekend, but that did not happen. Sorry Stac. Anyways I am doing much better. It was a rough recovery very painful. Trevor and the kids were very good about picking up the slack. So this next weekend on Memorial we really are planning our first camping trip. While my mom and Jen go west to Reno. My family is going camping with My dad and Jerry (his really good friend). and we are taking Brandon. And also as far as Debbie goes, She is off again on another trip. So this time they went to England and the British Isles. They left the Friday before Mother's Day. They will be gone for 3 weeks this time. I think she likes the traveling. So that should be fun for all of us. Hopefully decent weather for all of us. Anyways here are the videos of my dad we had playing at his party. If they will upload.

I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW !!!!

Well I know its been a really long time. I thought I would have a lot more time when I started this. Life really does fast.

Well, a couple of updates, Debbie is off and married. She got married on Feb. 24th. Retired the Friday before that. SO she has been a very busy lady. Now she has all the time she could ever want. She has been on her Honeymoon for the last 4 weeks. She and her new husband Glenn flew to Australia and took a cruise from there to New Zealand. Then they flew to Hong Kong where glenn has a son who lives there. They spent a few days in Hong Kong and visited.

Before Debbie's big Day Trevor had an accident at work with a grinder and cut his knee open down to the knee cap. He had to get 3 layers of stitches. He had to wear a brace for few days to help the stitches stay together. It is healing well, so no issues with that. It is still sore every once in awhile.

Also one last thing, Aspen was off track for the last little bit. She went up to help Jen in Logan take care of Brandon and Tyler. I think she mainly helped with Brandon although thats probably not what she wanted. I think she was intending to help more with the baby. But she said she had a good time. Even though Brandon ran her over with his scooter. And she does tend to fall alot to. Heeley's don't help when you are clumsy.

One more thing Trevor my Tile done in the entry way. It was kind funny to watch him do it when he couldn't bend his left knee. But he was determined to get it done. But at least it is done now. It looks great. Thanks Honey.

So that is about it From the Thompson's. Spring is in the air time to get the camping gear out, the

4 wheelers out. Go playin' in the mud.

I have not forgotten about everyone.

Even Kitty got a present

So Trevor's grandma sent over a basket full of goodies. Well when we emptied it out the kitty decided to make it her bed. So she even seemed happy. Well I gues that is it for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful 2009 !!! YEA!!!

So the kids got almost every electronic gadget you could possibly think of. They cam back for their mom's house where they got a digital camera and cell phones. Then they get home and open gifts from Santa. All they found in their stockings was some candy and a toothbrush. So we proceeded to open up gift from us that were under the tree. Where we (Trevor and I) gave them both ipod nano's. When we were all done Trevor said "Is that all youg guys got from Santa?" They both said yes. Well it turned out Santa put other toys in mine and Trevor's stocking. we flet like being sneaky this year. So Aspen got a Nintendo DS in my stocking and Jordan got a PSP in Trevor's We both assumed they were for them, although Trevor does play the PSP just as much as Jordan. I recieved an ipod touch. I wanted an ipod, but I didn't know I would get a touch. Now I love it. Plus Trevor got me some pans, and robe from Cabela's. It's really soft. Trevor recieved some part for his truck, it supposed to help it get better gas mileage. We will see next time we go camping. And some pants to wear to work so he won't keep wearing his nice ones to work and ruining them.

The Christmas Morning.

Man can I say I am sooooo glad it is over. I mean don't get me wrong I love the Holidays. But I really could do without all of the shopping and the hassle it seems to be sometimes. I love to see everyones faces. So hear are some of our happy faces. My Mom and Dad came down after going to Jen's in the morning. They really must like travel. The kids were over at their mom's house Christmas Eve night then they came home in the afternoon. Then we had everyone over for dinner. Except for Jen of course.
